Credits & Subscription Plans
Looma works on a subscription model — pick a monthly plan that includes a bundle of credits plus product, site, and channel limits.

Without an active subscription the widget stops working even if you still have leftover credits.
What credits pay for
Credits are the unit of AI usage. Every AI action spends credits:

Quick search is charged only for completed searches that returned results — partial queries while the customer is still typing are free.
One shared balance
1 000 credits ≈ ~500 chat replies OR ~500 searches OR ~1 750 AI-processed products. Mix however your traffic goes.
The exact rate for each module is in the dashboard: Billing → Usage, the info icon next to a module. The window shows what the module does and its cost in credits — for example, Start and Max replies for Looma AI Chat, or the per-product rate for AI Magic Data.

The same numbers are on the plan cards in Billing → Plans: credits per month, the bonus for larger plans (+3% on Growth, +5% on Business) and an estimate of how many AI conversations or searches that is. The Monthly / Yearly switch shows the credits for a year.
Where to see what you spent
The balance in credits is at the top of the Billing page. The Usage tab shows how many credits were spent over a period — Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days or your own dates (Custom, up to 90 days) — first the total, then by module: Looma AI Chat, Looma Search, AI Magic Data, AI Magic Helper, AI Magic Report, Email and others. Only modules that actually spent something in the period are listed.
How credits work inside a plan
- Monthly bundle — credits refresh with each billing cycle
- Rollover — unused credits carry over to next month while subscription is active
- Top-up — running low? Buy a one-time pack on top of the plan
- Auto top-up — optional, card-linked, prevents service gaps during spikes
- Canceled / expired — widget stops even with leftover credits

New accounts start in demo mode with 200 credits to test the platform before subscribing.
Enough for roughly:
- ~350 AI-processed products, OR
- ~100 chat replies, OR
- ~100 AI searches
Perfect for trying the widget on a small product subset first.
Plan limits — what happens if you exceed

| Sites | Can't create more than the plan allows (Starter = 1, Growth = 3, Business = 10). |
